Volunteer
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. They provide critical support for our staff, needed services to our communities and inspiration to us all. How would you like to get involved?

Provide a safe, welcoming home for the women survivors living in our safe houses. You can offer tutoring, skill development, mentoring or workshops such as yoga, art and gardening.

Participate in our educational outreach by spreading awareness and information about human trafficking. You can join us at an outreach event, host a community event, or invite us to a lunch and learn at your place of work, study or prayer.

Assist the LifeWay Network team with administrative tasks such as helping with mailings, building and maintaining our database and other office support.

Bolster our fundraising and marketing efforts by assisting with organization and setup at fundraising events and disseminating publicity. Or help host an event — join the host committee of an existing fundraiser or develop a fundraiser from scratch.

Many valued LifeWay Network functions have been fueled by interns. We’ve hosted social work interns, development interns, education interns and marketing interns who conduct impactful work that enhances their job experience while making a difference in an important cause.

Here are the steps to get started in a fulfilling volunteer opportunity with LifeWay Network:
1. Fill out the application form below and email the completed form and your resume to People & Operations Manager Josephine Crisostomo at jcrisostomo@lifewaynetwork.org.
2. If your skills and availability are a match for LifeWay Network, the people & operations manager will set up a virtual interview time within two weeks.
3. If selected to volunteer, you’ll need to submit to a background check, and you’ll need to acknowledge and sign LifeWay Network’s Confidentiality Agreement, Intellectual Property Agreement and Media Consent.
4. Once we’ve cleared your references and background check, we’ll reach out with details on the next volunteer orientation session.
